The purity and simplicity of speech
Did you know that the voice is a God-given gift. We rarely stop and think about this, but it defintely is a privilege to be able to use words and speak. This talent should not be used lightly, and carelessly. Our language and words should be used to be bless and encourage others, as well as speak kind and uplifting words.
As a woman of God your voice should at all times be soft, calm, inviting and reassuring. Cultivating the tone of your voice and language is a noble task. We are Christ’s representatives on this earth, thus we must be recognized and known by our kindness.
We must make a difference.
"Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us." - 1 Peter 2:12
By the simple tone of our voice, we can either pour gasoline on a burning fire or tone down tensions. What will you choose today?
